1. Ticket Delivery Process:

All tickets for Soni Ji Ki Nasiyan are delivered electronically. We aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free process for ticket booking, delivery, and access to the temple. Here's how our ticket delivery works:

a. Electronic Tickets:
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an electronic ticket via email. The email will contain a QR code or a barcode that can be scanned for entry at the temple. Please ensure you have the ticket available on your phone or printed out when you arrive at the entrance.

b. Instant Delivery:
After purchasing your ticket, it will be delivered instantly to your registered email address. If you do not receive the ticket in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. For any issues, contact our customer support team.

2. Delivery Locations:

As our services are primarily for temple visits, we do not require traditional shipping for physical products. However, if there are any special services requiring physical delivery (such as gifts or temple-related merchandise), the following applies:

a. Delivery to Ajmer (Local Delivery):
For visitors in the Ajmer region, we may offer special delivery of temple merchandise directly to your address within a few days of purchase. Delivery charges may apply depending on your location.

b. Delivery to Other Regions:
For customers outside Ajmer, any physical items like merchandise may be delivered by reliable courier services. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

3. Shipping Charges:

  • For Physical Merchandise: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the delivery. These charges will be displayed during checkout before confirming your order.
  • For Ticket Purchases: Since we provide electronic tickets via email, there are no shipping charges for ticket bookings.

4. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Electronic Tickets: Your ticket will be delivered immediately after the payment process is completed. It will be available in your inbox or email associated with the ticket booking.
  • Physical Merchandise: For items that require physical shipping (if applicable), the estimated delivery time will depend on your location:
    • Local Ajmer Delivery: 2-5 business days
    • Outstation Delivery: 5-10 business days (depending on the courier service and location)

5. Delivery Issues & Concerns:

In case of any issues related to the delivery of your ticket or merchandise, please contact our support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Lost or Stolen Tickets:

  • If your electronic ticket is lost, you can request a reissue by contacting us at sonijaintemple@gmail.com with the purchase details. A reissued ticket will be sent to your registered email address.
  • We recommend storing your ticket securely and taking a screenshot or saving it on your phone to avoid any inconvenience.

7. Return and Exchange Policy:

  • For Tickets: As stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
  • For Merchandise: If physical merchandise is purchased and needs to be returned or exchanged due to damage, please contact us immediately. Our team will assist in initiating the return or exchange process, and delivery charges may apply.

8. Important Notes:

  • No Re-entry Policy: Once you exit the temple premises, re-entry is not allowed. Please plan your visit accordingly.
  • Ensure that the ticket you receive is valid for the date of your visit.
  • We strongly recommend that you verify your ticket details (including date and time) before purchasing to avoid any issues.

If you are purchasing merchandise from outside India, please be aware of the following:

  • International shipping is subject to country-specific import regulations, customs duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Delivery times for international shipping may vary, typically taking 7-15 business days based on your location.
